Our Policies for Returns/Exchanges

In Store Purchases:

Products may be returned for a full refund, with a copy of the receipt in the first 30 days. They may be exchanged for in-store credit within 30-60 days of the original purchase.
Cut strands and other altered items will either have a re-stocking fee, or not be accepted for returns.
Refunds will not be given on custom orders. This includes both finished jewelry and handmade beads, as well as specially ordered beads and supplies.
Because of the nature of beading patterns/books and their content, these purchases are non-refundable.


Classes and Workshops:

o We are unable to issue refunds for class and workshop fees. If you are unable to attend, contact the store and we will arrange to get you any patterns or supplies associated with your class.
o When kits are included, the student is responsible for retrieving the kit or paying for shipping within 30 days of the class date, or items will be re-stocked.


Online Purchases: As of October, 2019, Paypal will no longer refund us fees associated with purchases when we issue refunds. This means we are unable to issue a complete refund for ANY purchase made through our website.

As with any of our policies and procedures, we will take special circumstances into consideration as we are able. We respect and cherish our customers, only asking that they in return do the same for us. Thank you!
